Tom currently consults in the Compensation and Rewards Practice helping clients with their pay plan designs. Prior to this role, he served as the Firm's Chief Operating Officer.

Mark Ohnsted

Mark is the Defined Benefit Plan Administration Services Practice Leader. His unique perspective to defined benefit plan administration services is supported by over 20 years of experience as a consulting actuary.



Steve Parsons

Steve brings his skills as a Fellow of Consulting Actuaries to his role as a Client Relationship Manager for the Firm. His 30 years of experience supports clients in setting health care and retirement plan strategies.



Kyle Pifher

Kyle has been with the Firm for over fifteen years and serves as a Client Relationship Manager out of our Columbus office. He has extensive experience in the development of retirement plan administration solutions.



Nancy Pokorny

Nancy leads the firm's growth and business development efforts. She applies more than 25 years of experience to helps clients with strategies related to merger and acquisition, change management, and health and group benefits.


Kathy Soper

Kathy is the Practice Leader of Retirement Plan Services and Defined Contribution Recordkeeping & Administration. She works with clients to design and administer plans that provide meaningful retirement benefits to their employees.



Marc Stockwell

As the Practice Leader for Compensation & Rewards, Marc specializes in designing and implementing executive compensation plans. His previous experience as a tax partner in a large international accounting firm adds to his knowledge of pay plans.
