Charlotte, NC – August 11, 2008 – Findley Davies announced today the hiring of Tod W. Tillman as Managing Consultant in the Firm’s Charlotte Office effective August 1, 2008. He will be responsible for leading and building the Health and Group Benefits Practice in North Carolina and surrounding areas. Tod comes to Findley Davies with over 15 years experience as a Health and Welfare consultant for a large international consulting firm. Tod specializes in the design, financing, and administration of rewards programs; developing cost containment strategies, and analyzing overall effectiveness. Prior to consulting Tod was an underwriter for a major medical insurance provider.
