Kelsey Hills has been on the Findley Davies Consulting Team since 2008. She works primarily with the Health and Group Benefits Consulting Practice in developing cost projections for self-funded medical plans and implementing successful wellness initiatives at client organizations. Kelsey frequently uses Impetro, Findley Davies’ proprietary web-based vendor selection application to assist clients with evaluating and selecting a benefit administrator that meets their needs.

Kelsey has experience in evaluating Executive Compensation policies and developing Total Compensation Reports, performing compliance testing, preparing Form 5500s and managing retiree call centers.
