Findley Davies Adds Additional Leadership to Expand Expertise and Services in Columbus Market

Findley Davies, a leading HR and benefits consulting firm throughout the Midwest, is excited to announce that Managing Principal, John Weber, has relocated to the Columbus, Ohio office from Charlotte, North Carolina. As managing principal, John will add additional leadership support and expertise to the growing market. He is responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the firm including initiatives to introduce new services and grow the firm both organically and through strategic acquisitions.

Findley Davies continues to grow tremendously as a firm adding more than 20 full-time employees since establishing an office in downtown Columbus in 2011.

"Our commitment to central Ohio is evidenced by our continued growth, and it is strengthened by John's relocation," said Kyle Pifher, principal and Columbus market leader for Findley Davies. "This move provides us with even greater capacity for strong, strategic business relationships across Ohio and in the Midwest."

Additionally, in response to Findley Davies' increasing market share in the area of defined benefit (pension) administration, Managing Consultant Mike Coffey has relocated to Columbus from Findley Davies' Chicago office. Mike will lead the effort to manage and grow Findley Davies' defined benefit administration business in the Ohio and Midwest market.
