Findley Davies Wins 2016 MarCom Gold Award For Libbey Sales Incentive Packets
In 2016 Libbey made dramatic changes to the sales incentive plans to align with the sales strategy. To communicate this to the impacted associates and build excitement, Findley Davies' own Carrie Alexander and Courtney Tolson-Gerweck developed and sent the Passion for Winning Packets to all sales professionals in the North America territory. In addition, Tom Hurley developed Libbey's sales incentive program.
Packets included the following elements:
• Brochure explaining the new incentive and rewards programs
• Letter from the CEO and VP
• Logo T-shirt in appropriate size wrapped with a paper wrap and magnet to represent a winner’s medal
• Libbey jar of custom logo M&Ms
